Followup
I had my first followup appointment with the immunologist Tuesday morning. Had blood drawn and it was sent to California for testing. Now we wait. 2-4 weeks. Not much other information was gained. I asked about the second half of the initial testing that was sent to Miami, which I’m still waiting on. The office put in a request to that lab recently because they’re waiting on a lot of patients’ results, so hopefully I’ll hear something soon on that.
Got lost on the way home on the streets of Virginia. All roads lead to Rosslyn apparently, as I found myself there twice before I got to where I wanted to be. I slept off and on for another 7 hours once I got in and have been recovering from that day and the meds for the rest of the week. Muscle fatigue and pain was bad, but I’m pretty much back to normal. Looking forward to physical therapy next week though. More news as soon as I have it.
